If you need to find some really aggressive sounds, you need look no further.

When using a wind instrument, three EQ controls on an overdrive pedal can be a godsend. This pedal is a great example of that. Managing tone and feedback is much easier with more control of the EQ.

Although this pedal’s strength lies in its more aggressive sounds, the cleaner less overdriven tones that it produces are pleasant and give the pedal a wider range of use than might be expected.
Tonal Reproduction: 4/5
The tone that this pedal produces is quite warm and full. The EQ controls allow you to really dial in the tonal specifics you are looking for.
Live application: 3.5/5
This pedal’s enhanced tonal control married with the warmth and fullness of its drive make this an excellent option for those looking for a more aggressive drive pedal.
